New York / London, UK – 17/06/2026 – Benifex, the global employee benefits and reward technology company, today announces the appointment of Gethin Nadin (he/him) as Chief Advisory Officer, a newly created executive role designed to support Benifex’s continued expansion across global markets.
As employers increasingly look for strategic partners to help them navigate complex workforce challenges, Benifex is strengthening its capability to provide organisations with high-quality insight, research, and market-leading best practice alongside its award-winning technology.
In his new role, Gethin – a leading HR practitioner, author and award-winning psychologist – will act as a senior advisor to the Benifex board and executive leadership, while representing the company on the global stage. He will lead Benifex’s research and thought leadership agenda, feeding market intelligence and forward-looking insight into internal teams to ensure Benifex stays ahead of employer needs, equipping customers to best respond to industry shifts and deliver ROI on their employee offering.
The new role will play a central part in building on Benifex’s position as a trusted authority in benefits, wellbeing, and employee experience. A key focus will be supporting scale and growth in the US market, where large employers are accelerating investment in modern benefits infrastructure.
Gethin has spent more than 15 years at Benifex as Chief Innovation Officer, contributing to its growth from an early-stage start up into a global organisation serving thousands of employers. As Chief Advisory Officer, he will work closely with enterprise customers, industry groups, policymakers, and media to ensure Benifex is visible, credible, and influential in the conversations shaping the future of work.
Commenting on the appointment, Mathieu Stevenson (he/him), Chief Executive Officer at Benifex, said:
“This role reflects the next stage of our growth. As we expand globally, particularly in the US, it’s essential that our strategy, products, and customer conversations are informed by deep insight into how employers are changing. Gethin plays a critical role in helping Benifex lead the market, not react to it.”
Gethin Nadin, Chief Advisory Officer at Benifex, added:
“My new role is much more than just a title change. I will be dedicating my time towards connecting insight and evidence into clear positioning in the market. Employers are dealing with more complexity than ever, so it’s increasingly important that they have partners they can trust to guide them through workforce change at scale.”
Gethin is an Executive Fellow at King’s College London, King’s Business School – a school in the top 1% globally. He regularly advises the UK government and was recently named one of the UK’s Most Influential People for 2026 for his contribution to global debate on work and organisational performance.
