This year’s agenda focuses on preventative health, workforce resilience and the shift to strategic prevention – and we’ll be running three sessions on the day:
Workshop – Before you scale AI, fix the foundations: Led by Benifexers Gethin Nadin and Patrick O’Flaherty, it’s built for benefits leaders thinking about platform changes or AI readiness and gets into what needs fixing before any AI investment makes sense.
Speaker session – Managing prevention at scale with AVEVA: Gethin is also joining AVEVA’s Emma Govus for a case study session on managing prevention at scale – well worth catching if you’re thinking about long-term ROI on wellbeing strategy.
Demo – How Benifex fixes the fundamentals before AI scales them: Benifex Enterprise Account Director, James Brace, will host this interactive session for organisations reviewing their benefits platform. If your foundations aren’t right, AI won’t fix them – it’ll scale the problems. James will show how Benifex resolves the structural issues that hold global benefits strategies back.
