In 2024, the Refresco team completely overhauled their reward and benefits offering. But with a deskless workforce, they knew that communicating the launch of their new benefit program, ‘Cheers!’ couldn’t be an afterthought… They even took benefits on the road, traveling more than 700 miles across the UK over two weeks.
