“Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Management and colleagues are supportive and understanding. You’re very much trusted to manage your own workload, there is no micro management which is so refreshing. Lots of positive reinforcement and opportunities to praise fellow colleagues. Any equipment you need is provided and support always available if you have issues. Fantastic work/life balance too which is always a bonus.”

“Benifex is a friendly place to work. The culture is supportive and welcoming and I very much enjoy my days. It is busy and fast moving but enjoyable also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone if the opportunity is available. They have a great policy for flexible working and support a work life balance in a way that I have not experienced before – and it works really well.”

“All the staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. When anyone says they are happy to help, they are genuine and do! The general work environment is very enthusiastic, employees love what they do which overflows into a fun and social atmosphere. Lots of fun events to attend and be part of which encourages higher work standards. The support from staff and especially the HR team is second to none, no matter the issue support is provided instantly. I have never had a company care so much about me as an employee and a person! There are constant opportunities for everyone to grow on so many different levels, whether in business, career, personally, or socially. The company gives so much back to their employees, there is so much appreciation and chances for staff to ‘enjoy’ work.”
