T\u00e4st\u00e4 tietosuojaselosteesta l\u00f6yd\u00e4t tietoa, miten Nordea Henkivakuutus Suomi Oy (Y-tunnus 0927072-8; osoite Aleksis Kiven katu 9, 00020 Nordea) ja Nordea Vakuutus Suomi Oy (Y-tunnus 2868440-8; osoite Aleksis Kiven katu 9, 00020 Nordea), j\u00e4ljemp\u00e4n\u00e4 erikseen ja yhdess\u00e4 &#8220;vakuutusyhti\u00f6&#8221;, k\u00e4sittelev\u00e4t rekisterinpit\u00e4jin\u00e4 henkil\u00f6tietojasi Nordea MyLife -sovellukseen liittyen, j\u00e4ljemp\u00e4n\u00e4 \u201dsovellus\u201d. Vakuutusyhti\u00f6 toimii Googlen luovuttamien aktiivisuustietojen rekisterinpit\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4, mutta vakuutusyhti\u00f6 ei itse k\u00e4sittele aktiivisuustietoja. Vakuutusyhti\u00f6n henkil\u00f6tietojen k\u00e4sittelij\u00e4 Benifex AB laskee aktiivisuustietojen perusteella aktiivisuustasolaskelman (aktiivisuustaso 0-3, 100 p\u00e4iv\u00e4n aktiivisuustason keskiarvo) vakuutusyhti\u00f6lle.<\/p><p>Google toimii Google Fit -sovelluksen ker\u00e4\u00e4mien henkil\u00f6tietojen rekisterinpit\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4. Google Fit &#8211; sovelluksen tietosuojak\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6n voit tutustua Google Fit-sovelluksessa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7de4ceb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7de4ceb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Miten vakuutusyhti\u00f6 voi k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6tietojasi ja mill\u00e4 oikeusperusteilla<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb0f6b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bb0f6b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>K\u00e4sittelemme henkil\u00f6tietoja alla mainittuihin k\u00e4ytt\u00f6tarkoituksiin. K\u00e4sittelyn oikeusperusteena on suostumus, sopimuksen t\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6n paneminen, lakis\u00e4\u00e4teinen velvollisuus tai oikeutettu etu.<\/p><p>Suostumus:<\/p><p>\u2022 Aktiivisuustasosi m\u00e4\u00e4rittelemiseen k\u00e4ytett\u00e4vien aktiivisuustietojesi hakeminen Google Fit &#8211; sovelluksesta Nordea MyLife -henkil\u00f6vakuutukseen liitetyn hyvinvointiedun, eli aktiivisuustasoosi perustuvan mahdollisen vakuutuksen korvaussumman korotuksen tarjoamiseksi.<br \/>\u2022 muiden kuin pakollisten ev\u00e4steiden asettaminen ja lukeminen laitteestasi.<\/p><p>Suostumus on t\u00e4ysin vapaaehtoinen ja voit halutessasi peruuttaa sen. Jos peruutat suostumuksen, emme voi tarjota sinulle mahdollisuutta korottaa korvaustapauksessa maksettavaa korvaussummaa (hyvinvointietu).<\/p><p>Sopimuksen t\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6n paneminen:<\/p><p>\u2022 Nordea MyLife -sovelluksen hallinnointi ja muiden sopimusvelvoitteidemme t\u00e4ytt\u00e4miseksi tarpeellisten toimenpiteiden toteuttaminen.<\/p><p>Lakis\u00e4\u00e4teinen velvollisuus:<\/p><p>\u2022 laissa, s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6ksiss\u00e4 tai viranomaisten ja valvontaviranomaisten p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksiss\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4riteltyjen vaatimusten ja velvollisuuksien noudattaminen.<\/p><p>Oikeutettu etu:<\/p><p>\u2022 asiakastuen ja -viestinn\u00e4n tarjoaminen.<br \/>\u2022 sovelluksen toimintojen optimointi.<br \/>\u2022 sovelluksen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6kokemuksen parantaminen, kuten haluamasi kielivalinnan muistaminen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad04b6d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ad04b6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Henkil\u00f6tietojen vastaanottajat<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e083e3e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e083e3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Emme l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtaisesti luovuta henkil\u00f6tietoja kolmansille osapuolille. Siirr\u00e4mme kuitenkin henkil\u00f6tietoja Benifex AB:lle sovelluksen teknist\u00e4 toteuttamista varten. Voimme tietyiss\u00e4 tilanteissa luovuttaa\/siirt\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6tietojasi my\u00f6s muille tahoille, kuten viranomaisille sek\u00e4 palveluntarjoajille.<\/p><p>Varmistamme aina ennen tietojen luovuttamista, ett\u00e4 luovuttamisessa noudatetaan kulloinkin voimassa olevaa tietosuojas\u00e4\u00e4ntely\u00e4 ja asiaan kuuluvia finanssialan salassapitovelvoitteita, kuten vakuutussalaisuutta.<\/p><p>Voimme luovuttaa tietoja toimivaltaisille viranomaiselle pakottavan lains\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4nn\u00f6n n\u00e4in edellytt\u00e4ess\u00e4.<\/p><p><strong>Tiedonsiirto kolmansiin maihin<\/strong><\/p><p>Henkil\u00f6tietoja s\u00e4ilytet\u00e4\u00e4n l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtaisesti vain Euroopan Unionin ja Euroopan talousalueen alueella. Teknologisten ratkaisujen vuoksi tietyiss\u00e4 tilanteissa saatamme siirt\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6tietojasi osapuolille, jotka ovat sijoittautuneet kolmansiin maihin. Sinulla on oikeus tutustua hallussamme oleviin henkil\u00f6tietoihisi (tarkastusoikeus).<\/p><p>b) Oikeus pyyt\u00e4\u00e4 korjausta virheellisiin tai puutteellisiin tietoihin (oikeus saada tiedot korjatuksi).<\/p><p>c) Oikeus pyyt\u00e4\u00e4 tietojen poistamista.<\/p><p>d) Oikeus rajoittaa henkil\u00f6tietojen k\u00e4sittely\u00e4.<\/p><p>e) Oikeus vastustaa tietojen k\u00e4sittely\u00e4 oikeutetun etumme perusteella.<\/p><p>f) Oikeus tietojen siirrett\u00e4vyyteen.<\/p><p>Oikeuksiisi saattaa olla poikkeuksia tai niit\u00e4 voidaan rajoittaa lains\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4nn\u00f6n taikka muiden henkil\u00f6iden yksityisyyden suojan tai muiden oikeuksien ja velvollisuuksien nojalla. The Insurance Company acts as the data controller of the activity data disclosed by Google, but the Insurance Company does not process the activity data itself. Based on the activity data, the Insurance Company&#8217;s personal data processor Benifex AB provides the activity level calculation (activity levels 0-3, 100-day activity level average) for the Insurance Company.<\/li><\/ul><p>Google acts as the data controller for the personal data collected by the Google Fit application.
